Our book for the month of February is The Notebook. Noah Calhoun and Allie Nelson, two North Carolina teenagers fall in love and then don't meet up until 14 years later when Noah is restoring the house of his dreams.
Most likely this book has already been read but hey its February we have to read it! :) This may be a quick read for some so if you have the time this month check out The Wedding by the same author. It is a sequal to The Notebook.

i think i needed to read this book before seeing the movie, because after seeing the movie and trying to read the book, i just couldn't do it. the book started at the most tense place in the movie, so i never made it very far in the book. but this is definitely the sweetest love story. good pick!
